The park offers a large private infinity pool that can be heated on request and a solarium area. In addition to this, the villa is equipped with a wellness space overlooking the garden with a Finnish sauna, a large shower, a hydromassage tub set in the stonework and a table for outdoor lunches and dinners. All framed by greenery and an expanse of ancient olive trees, which guarantees peace and complete privacy for guests. The garden is extremely well-kept, with flowerbeds of essences and scented flowers.

The Villa is equipped with a very bright veranda facing the lake with ceiling curtains in thin linen gauze, inside which there is the large living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The latter is equipped with a central island with a marble top, ideal for family meals or informal aperitifs.The sleeping area includes three elegant double suites equipped with every comfort and a private open space bathroom with spacious shower and bathtub.

Each room has been cared for and personalized in every detail; the marble in the bathroom, the wooden decorations, the fine fabrics of the sheets and towels, the soft shades and the furnishings have been carefully chosen and combined to enhance each room.
